ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using this Site, you agree to be bound by the following agreement ("Terms") between
you ("You") and Caledia Pty Ltd. ABN 45110853748 ("We, Us") governing Your
access to, browsing and/or use of this website ("Site"), and Your purchase of any of
Our products ("Products"). You also agree to comply with all applicable laws
and regulations.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please exit this Site.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these Terms by posting the new
version on the Site at any time and without separate notice to You. Your continued use of
this Site after We post any changes to these Terms constitutes Your agreement to those
changes.
 
AUSTRALIAN ADDRESS ORDERS ONLY
Only orders to Australian addresses will be accepted. Only one delivery address is
possible per order.

CHANGING ORDER DETAILS
It is Your responsibility to ensure the order details, including the delivery address and
message are correct before completing Your order. As part of the purchase process an
order confirmation screen will be displayed to allow the order details to be confirmed before
completing the order. We are not able to change components of Your order once the order
has been placed.

DELIVERY BY AUSTRALIA POST
We will post Your order within 5 working days from the date We receive payment for 
Your order. Actual delivery times to Your recipient are dependent on Australia Post.
All orders will be mailed from Brisbane (Postcode 4066). To view Australia Post's estimated

NON-RECEIPT OF PAYMENT 
If We do not receive Your payment within 10 working days from the date You place Your
order, We will delete Your order. If You have supplied an email address We may, at Our
discretion, send an email to that address to let You know this has happened.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
If Your Product has manufacturing defects, return the Product (both the musical movement
and its pouch) in its original condition, within 14 days for a full refund of the purchase price
and postage. Please include Your contact details and We will contact you to organise a
suitable refund method.

PAYMENT BY MONEY ORDER OR CHEQUE
If you wish to pay by Money Order You must supply Your email address or phone number.
This will allow Us to contact You in the event that We are unable to complete Your order.

PRICES AND CONTENT INDICATIVE ONLY
Details about Our Products such as prices, descriptions and illustrations are indicative only,
and are subject to confirmation at the time You place an order.  Please note that computer
monitors have different settings and display colours differently. Lighting impacts on the
colour of digital photographs.  Actual product colours may differ in tone or intensity from
the images displayed in this Site and on Your screen.

The colours of the images displayed in this Site are broadly representative
of the Product. The description in words will help to identify to you the colour of
the Product/s.

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are subject to a Goods and Services Tax.
 
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Please note that while we make every effort to ensure the Site is up to date, We do not
warrant that the information on the Site is complete, accurate or current, and We reserve
the right to make corrections from time to time.

Our Products are not suitable for children under three years of age as they are
composed of small parts which may represent a choking hazard if they are dissassembled.

Neither We nor any of Our directors, employees or other representatives, will be liable for
any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever which may arise in connection with this Site
or Our Products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If we breach any condition or warranty implied under any law which cannot be lawfully
modified or excluded by these Terms, then Our liability to You will, to the extent permitted by
law, be limited at Our discretion to refunding the amount You paid Us for the Product and
postage, or providing a replacement Product.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, and hold Us harmless along with Our employees, contractors,
officers, and directors from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including legal fees that arise
from the use or misuse of this Site or our Products, by You or by other people.

USER WARRANTY
By using the Site and purchasing our Products You warrant that You are over 18 years of age.

YOUR INFORMATION AND PRIVACY
When completing Your order You provide personal information
to allow Us to complete the order and contact You if necessary. We will
only collect the information necessary to send Your order to Your
nominated recipient, to handle any returns and to contact You in relation
to the order if necessary.

Under no circumstances will Your information be disclosed to
any third party unless we are required to do so under Australian law
(e.g. as part of an investigation by a law enforcement body).

We will take reasonable steps to protect the personal information from misuse
and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

We will delete all personal information which is older than 6 months
from the date of purchase.
